Welcome from Pastor Barbara

I want to extend a warm welcome to anyone reading this message.

Deering Community Church, United Church of Christ, welcomes all kinds of people to our worship and our family. We welcome people of all ages, races, cultures and sexual orientations. We welcome those who are single, married, divorced, widowed, and separated. We welcome those who have no church home as well as visitors from other churches. We welcome believers and skeptics as well as questioning believers. We love to have children and teenagers in our midst.

Maybe you have visited us in the past, come on a regular basis, or have just heard about us for the first time.

Please come and worship with us as often as you can.

We very much want our worship to provide an uplift to all who attend, an experience that will contribute to your finding closeness to God and meaning in your life. I welcome hearing from you by phone or in person. God be with you and strengthen you for the journey.
